The Role


We are looking for a confident, commercially minded SaaS Sales Executive who can own the customer journey end-to-end — from prospecting and demos to onboarding and post-onboarding reviews.


This role is suited to someone who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships, and helping customers succeed after they sign up.




Key Responsibilities



🔹 Sales & Growth


* Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → demo → close
* Proactively prospect care homes via cold calling, email and follow-ups
* Deliver tailored product demos to decision-makers
* Convert free profile features into paid subscriptions
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking in CRM



🔹 Customer Onboarding & Reviews


* Lead onboarding for new customers after sign-up
* Support care homes through setup and early usage
* Conduct post-onboarding review calls to ensure adoption and satisfaction
* Identify upsell, expansion and referral opportunities
* Collect customer feedback, testimonials and reviews where appropriate



🔹 Collaboration & Improvement


* Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and demo flows
* Share customer insights, objections and feature requests internally
* Contribute to improving sales scripts, onboarding processes and playbooks




What We’re Looking For


Essential


* 2–4 years experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
* Confident running discovery calls, demos and closing deals
* Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Experience using CRM systems
* Able to work independently in a remote-first environment


Preferred (but not mandatory)


* Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (e.g. Business & Marketing BA/BSc)
* Experience selling to care homes, healthcare, or regulated industries
* Experience with customer onboarding or account management
* Understanding of subscription-based SaaS models
