Were looking for a dynamic Senior Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead technical operations within a key business unit. Youll ensure the site consistently meets the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance while supporting operational and financial performance.
What Youll Do
* Lead and improve HACCP-based quality systems, ensuring BRC, legal and customer standards are always met.
* Drive Food Safety & Quality culture across the site, supporting continuous improvement.
* Conduct factory audits, analyse technical data and lead root-cause investigations.
* Support customer audits, implement corrective actions and manage compliance.
* Reduce complaints and streamline reporting, traceability and process control systems.
* Lead, coach and develop the technical team, driving engagement and performance.
* Contribute to CI plans and deploy lean tools to improve results.
* Maintain strong hygiene standards and support site health & safety goals.
What You Bring
* Senior technical/QA experience in food manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and food safety legislation.
* Confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional teams.
