This is a fantastic opportunity to support, and give back to, your local community. Your role: We’re looking for a Customer Services Manager to join our Development and Change team. In this role, you’ll lead the customer experience and drive service improvements across the organisation. You will oversee a range of initiatives - including customer service operations, digital transformation projects, and service development - ensuring our services are responsive, efficient, and customer-focused. What you will need: To succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate: Proven experience managing diverse customer service teams, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels. Experience in developing operational or service plans that align with broader business strategies. A track record of using customer data and feedback to inform and drive service improvements.
