HR Manager – Severnside (Hybrid - 4 days in office)
TieTalent is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Severnside dairy site. The Site HR Manager is responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding, performance management through to employee exit. Responsibilities
* Support the HR agenda for the site with key stakeholders and build commitment for HR initiatives across the site.
* Communicate people-related initiatives and strategy to the site workforce.
* Drive compliance against people KPIs (e.g., absence, turnover) and track progress to address gaps.
* Participate in the implementation of HR projects, procedures and guidelines to align the workforce with strategic goals.
* Deliver an engagement and wellbeing agenda and monitor progress against action plans.
* Facilitate employee forums, focus groups and listening sessions.
* Collaborate with Centers of Excellence within the HR team (ER, recruitment, L&D).
* Work with the Reward team to implement and communicate incentive and recognition programmes, linking performance and reward.
* Coach management teams to improve performance development effectiveness.
* Ensure the performance management process is in place and operating effectively.
* Support and develop stakeholder groups in identifying and developing talent; contribute to succession planning.
* Build leadership capability by providing managers with skills and tools to manage change and employee issues.
* Manage recruitment in line with workforce plans; review headcount with Finance to ensure budgets are managed.
Key skills & experience
* CIPD qualification or relevant experience.
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
* Experience in a business partner/matrix structure.
* Proven experience leading HR project workstreams.
* Strong HR legislative understanding and ability to apply knowledge appropriately.
* Ability to build trust, respect and openness.
