Reward & People Analytics Manager Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Reward professional to support the Head of Reward in delivering the global reward strategy.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Reward function, ensuring the effective delivery of annual reward cycles, benefits programmes, and key reward projects. Acting as a Centre of Excellence, you will be working closely with HR colleagues and external providers to ensure consistency, equity, and operational excellence across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on data analysis, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement.
What the Reward & People Analytics Manager role will involve:
* Lead delivery of annual reward cycles (pay reviews, bonuses, LTIPs) in collaboration with Group Reward
* Administer and enhance the UK benefits offering with external providers
* Maintain and embed the grading framework, ensuring consistency across the business
* Manage data and reporting for Gender/Ethnicity Pay Gap, Living Wage checks, bonuses and share schemes
* Act as first point of contact for reward queries, providing expert advice on compensation and benefits
* Partner with HRBPs and Talent to embed reward processes and support performance frameworks
* Analyse reward data and market insights to inform decisions and advise the Head of Reward
* Conduct benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive packages
* Use HR systems to deliver people analytics (e.g. absence, attrition, quality of hire)
* Support reward-related projects such as global grading, benefits harmonisation and compensation strategy
Reward & People Analytics Manager role requirements:
* Experience in global and/or matrixed organisations
* Knowledge of job evaluation and global grading frameworks
* Strong data management skills with high accuracy
* Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear insights – data analysis is key for this role!
* Comfortable working independently and across global teams/time zones
* Strong communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
