Description
* Lead and manage site operations to achieve optimal performance and productivity circa 50 heads.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Oversee maintenance and engineering activities to minimise downtime.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the site team, fostering a strong work ethic.
* Ensure customer requirements are met through effective operational planning.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Profile
A successful Site Manager should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
* Looking for someone that has already operated at Site Lead or GM with a proven track record who can work autonomously
* Strong knowledge of Engineering & Manufacturing processes.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and meet operational targets.
* Understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Job Offer
* Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000 per annum.
