Overview
Wellingborough-based outdoor living solutions company is hiring a Sales Executive to join their team. Role focuses on selling premium sun, wind and rain protection systems to domestic and commercial customers. The position offers consistent inbound leads, so you will focus on understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and closing high-value sales rather than cold calling.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. In addition, 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm (£125 paid). Office-based in Wellingborough. Salary: Up to £33,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000+).
The Role
You will manage the full sales journey, guiding customers from initial enquiry through to quotation, survey and installation.
* Average order value: £5,000 – £20,000
* Monthly sales target: £70,000 – £100,000
Key Responsibilities
* Managing inbound sales enquiries
* Consulting with customers to understand their requirements
* Recommending the most suitable products and solutions
* Producing quotations and managing the sales process
* Liaising with suppliers, surveyors and internal teams
* Occasionally attending client site visits
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets
