The Job
* Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
* Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems (e.g., ERP, eCommerce platforms) using APIs and middleware.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
* Write well-documented, clean, and efficient code, adhering to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
* Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Assist in data migration activities and data quality initiatives within Salesforce.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
You
* 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
* Proven experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules).
* Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integrating Salesforce with other systems.
* Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, including version control (Git) and deployment processes.
* Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce issues.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Skills
* Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II).
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with CRM.
* Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
