We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Godalming on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the HR Director, you will serve as the operational backbone of the HR function, ensuring the efficient delivery of day-to-day HR operations and administration.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records within our HRIS (Cezanne), managing end-to-end HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and issuance of all employment-related documentation.
The role also provides administrative support across a broad range of HR activities, including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, compliance and right-to-work checks, policy management and HR reporting. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the smooth and effective running of the wider HR function while supporting a positive employee experience.
You’ll bring proven HRIS experience (Cezanne preferred but not essential), advanced Word and Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload calmly and independently. We’re looking for someone ambitious about growing their HR career – ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards it, with experience in a busy HR environment, and a clear desire to develop into an HR Advisor role over time. If you’re looking to progress to CIPD Level 5, we’ll support you on that journey.
