In this key role, duties will include the following :
* Making outbound calls to current, lapsed and prospect customers to promote and sell their product range
* Building and maintaining strong relationships
* Dealing with enquiries, quickly assessing and understanding customer requirements
* Assisting with producing and following up on quotations
* Updating the CRM system
What you will need to succeed:
* A proven track record within sales / telesales
* Proactive and self-motivated approach to calling customers
* Exceptional communication, administration and customer service skills
* Excellent IT skills including ERP/CRM software
