The successful candidates will carry out effective intervention, which may be 1:1 or in a small group, planning appropriate personalised interventions as necessary. You will support teachers to enable our students to access learning by supervising and assisting them across a wide range of supported learning activities. The Learning Mentor will: Undertake activities with individuals or small groups of students Enable our students to access learning Promote the development of students' physical and mental health Carry out pre-planned activities Monitor the progress of identified students Promote and help build students' self-esteem Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, as would the ability to manage thebehavioural difficulties and pastoral needs of individual and groups of students.
