Qualifications
* A basic understanding of site management processes.
* Currently studying or holding a relevant construction qualification.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
* A focus on delivering high-quality results for clients.
* IT literate with the ability to work under pressure.
* A passion for progressing within site management.
* A carpentry background is beneficial but not essential.
