We are looking for a HR Manager to join our wonderful team and Global Christian Organisation / Charity based in the West Midlands. You be supporting the Head of HR in all HR operational matters globally and to ensure policies and procedures are in place. You must have experience using HR platforms such as SuitePeople, Workday for example and have been in a HR role previously. We offer a lovely working environment with prayer and compassion and are looking for like minded people to join our team with the same beliefs and principles Culture; prayer, support, faith Responsibilities * Supporting the Head of HR * First point of contact for all HR matters * Onboarding and offboarding processes * Performance reviews * Processing data on HRIS system * Absence management * Safeguarding practices and policies * Support cross-hub HR projects * Nurturing communication across the workplace reflecting our commitment to evangelism and discipleship Qualifications / Skillset * Experience in a HR role * Minimum 5 years experience * Qualifications in HR such as CIPD or equivalent * Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices * Experience using HRIS platforms * It literate * Excellent written and communication skills * Demonstrates leadership, evangelistic mission and values Salary / Benefits * Salary bracket 34 - 42k depending on experience * Pension * Other benefits tbc on successful application
