Our client have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, driven and customer focused In-House Sales Executive to join their busy team. This role is office based and primarily focused on B2B sales, supporting incoming enquiries and converting leads into lasting business relationships. You will work closely with marketing, operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for their business customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming B2B sales leads and enquiries via phone, email and web forms with professionalism and urgency.
* Qualify, nurture and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
* Keep in touch with clients to get re-orders.
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing business customers.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Deliver excellent customer service and build strong rapport with clients.
* Provide product advice, pricing information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
* Prepare and send accurate quotes, proposals and order confirmations.
* Liaise with other departments to support order processing, fulfilment and post-sales service.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (lead status, follow-ups, customer details).
* Produce regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in B2B sales or account management.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable handling inbound sales enquiry pipelines.
* Enthusiastic, target-driven and customer-oriented personality.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
