We are currently supporting a Financial Services organisation in their search for an Interim Senior Reward Manager to drive their business through an exciting period of transformation. The role will run for an initial 6 month period on a hybrid basis out of the London office and is looking to pay £550-650 p/d Inside IR35. The organisation are looking to review their Reward structure and are in search for someone to support the Reward Director in their busy period of transformation.
