Job Description
Key Responsibilities
3. Lead and develop the site Quality function, including team performance, capability development, and succession planning
4. Own and maintain robust quality management systems, ensuring compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements
5. Oversee quality control activities, laboratories, auditing programmes, and site assurance processes
6. Act as the site authority for product compliance, governance, and risk management
7. Drive a strong customer‑centric quality culture, including complaint management and continuous defect reduction
8. Lead quality improvement initiatives and manage quality‑related costs and performance metrics
9. Partner cross‑functionally to support continuous improvement, daily management, and operational excellence programmes
10. Interface with suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and performance expectations are met
11. Act as a visible leader across the site, promoting high standards, accountability, and best practice
