Job Advertisement: Site Manager – Renovations & Extensions Location: Birmingham & West Midlands Start Date: November 2025 Salary: £40,000 Company Vehicle/Van Fuel Allowance Pension Contributions Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality renovations and extensions? I am looking for a motivated and hands-on professional to join their growing team in the West Midlands. This is not your average Site Manager role. I after someone who knows the entire build process, not just a few trades – someone who can take a renovation project from start to finish with confidence, quality, and care.
