What You'll Be Doing
* Manage day-to-day site operations on passive fire protection projects, including fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation works.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Ensure all works comply with current fire safety legislation, industry standards, and client specifications.
* Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks.
* Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, RAMS, and compliance documentation.
* Liaise with clients, residents, and stakeholders, ensuring minimal disruption in occupied properties.
* Promote and enforce strict health & safety standards across all site activities.
* Identify and resolve any on-site issues quickly and effectively.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within Passive Fire Protection.
* Strong background working on social housing or occupied residential projects.
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
* CSCS card (Manager level).
* First Aid at Work certification (preferred).
* Experience with fire door inspections and installations.
* Knowledge of FIRAS, BM TRADA, or similar accreditation schemes.
* Experience working with local authorities or housing associations desirable.
