Junior SharePoint & 365 Developer Reporting to: Senior Developer (TBC) Team: Data Delivery Team Overview: Primary responsibilities: As part of a team, develop and test new features for our in-house EDRMS in SharePoint. Review 1st and 2nd line support tickets initially, (growing into a 3rd line support) for current customers who operate our EDRMS. Support the maintenance of scripts and automation workflows. Document new services and features and internal KB articles. This will involve the creation of various capabilities within M365 Working conditions Incline IT operates a flexible hybrid working environment and offer a remote working as standard. IT problem troubleshooting and resolution. Knowledge of Microsoft Purview & Data Retention Policies. Strong communication. Required Knowledge: Understanding of object orientated programming principles. Understanding data protection, PII, and secure development practices. Understanding of ETL processes. Desirable Skills and Knowledge: Experience using Lambda functions in AWS. An understanding of document management systems. Workflow logic and workflow generation software. Knowledge of Project methodology and Atlassian products. Understanding of SLAs and customer impact. Microsoft or AWS Certifications.
