The HR Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and HR support across the business. You will be overseeing key HR functions, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring the smooth running of employee lifecycle procedures. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Support and manage informal and formal employee relations issues, including disciplinary cases, grievance procedures, performance concerns, and investigations ensuring all matters are handled sensitively, confidentially, and in line with company policies and employment law.
* Conduct confidential employee conversations and provide support in relation to personal and work-related issues.
* Ensure HR processes are compliant with employment law.
* Management of HR Portal and HR Policies
* Management of apprenticeships and work experience placements.
* Diary management
* Full Internal recruitment lifecycle.
* Prepare and post job advertisements.
