Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Site Manager Location: Projects across Hampshire and West Sussex Head Office: Portsmouth, Hampshire Salary: Up to £60,000 package (DOE) We are seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to join a reputable construction company for a housing project. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a flagship project too. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites on this project, reporting in to a project Manager. Projects will include - residential housing development. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily site operations and labour Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades Ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are achieved Upholding high standards of health & safety on site Liaising with clients, project managers and head office Maintaining site records and reporting progress About You The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects with 100 units Background in New Build housing - Experience in NHBC Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to drive programmes and deliver to deadlines A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving on site Essential certifications: SMSTS First Aid at Work CSCS Whats on Offer Salary up to £60,000 (depending on experience) Supportive, established contractor with strong pipeline of work Project based in Portsmouth, Hampshire If you are an experienced Site Manager looking to take the next step with a stable, regionally focused contractor, we would like to hear from you.
