Overview
As a Recruiter, you will support the resourcing team in sourcing top talent. This includes advertising, mapping, and approaching potential candidates. You will be responsible for screening and submitting shortlists, ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.
Responsibilities
* Talent Sourcing: LinkedIn searches, job boards, referrals, and our internal database to find the best candidates.
* Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth telephone interviews to ensure each candidate is the right fit.
* Talent Pool Management: Encourage and nurture candidates, ensuring we have the best talent ready to join us.
* Relationship Management: Coordinate interviews, communicate with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure smooth vacancy closure.
* Data Integrity: Understand and champion the importance of data integrity and accurate reporting.
