HR Administrator (Fixed Term) role at Cambridge Service Alliance. Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 4 years in the first instance. The Department of Clinical Neurosciences is a progressive academic research Department; the role supports HR activities within this context. The role is based on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus with a hybrid working model (on site days with the Operations Team and days working from home).
Responsibilities
* Support the HR team in delivering all HR matters such as the employee life cycle, HR and visitor processes, and HR service improvements.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues in the Department, the School and beyond to deliver efficient and friendly HR support.
Qualifications
* Aspiring HR professional with experience in a similar role.
Working arrangements
Hybrid working model; based on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus with some on-site days.
