Overview
We are looking to hire a Recruiter to join our global DNA team, responsible for recruiting both entry-level and experienced consultants in alignment with the global DNA growth strategy. The recruiter will support the markets identified by the global DNA team and must be willing to work from the London Baker Street office at least 60% of the time.
Responsibilities
* Partner closely with key stakeholders across regions to understand recruitment needs and advise on hiring strategies.
* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates at entry and experienced levels.
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
* Collaborate with the broader recruitment team on various topics and projects across regions as required.
Experience and Qualifications
* 5+ years of internal recruitment experience, preferably within consulting or a related field.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage talent pipelines, and foster career development programs.
* Direct sourcing experience and a successful track record of creating diverse pipelines.
Skills and Attributes
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment metrics and data‑driven decision making.
* Proactive, results‑oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in an applicant tracking system (ATS); Workday preferred.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
