Responsibilities
* Ensuring the smooth operation of internal and external works
* Managing a team of 2 operatives and 3 sub‑contractors
* Overseeing the site to ensure the client/customer satisfaction rate is met
* Managing your own diary and schedule
* Signing off completed work to high‑quality standards
* Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed – if not, follow up to ensure compliance
Qualifications
* Experience in social housing or domestic
* Experience in planned works
* SMSTS
* Clean driving licence
* Clean DBS check
Benefits
* Transport and fuel will be arranged
* Mon‑Fri (8‑5pm / 40 hours)
* Temporary – 1 month with the chance of getting extended
* Andover (office/site based)
* Hourly rate of £21 per hour
