Site Manager - High-End Residential
An established, family-run developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take the lead on a prestigious new project, valued at £3.5M.
Specialising in high-end residential developments, this company has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and meticulous project execution. As Site Manager, you will report directly to the visiting Contracts Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations while maintaining direct client liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all site activities to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
Maintain strict health & safety standards in line with company policies
Ensure work is completed to the highest standard, meeting client expectations
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules
Handle site logistics, problem-solving, and risk management

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the high-end residential sector
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure smooth site operations
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred)
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality homes
