Zero hours, Flexible role
Salary: £12.71/hr + holiday pay
Location: Remote
We’re building a pool of flexible recruiters to support our team during peak campaign periods. When we get busy, we need talented people who can jump in, pick things up quickly, and help us deliver outstanding hiring results.
As a Flexi-Internal Recruiter you'll be responsible for:
1. Recruiting Sales teams and Brand Ambassadors
2. Shortlisting candidates by picking out the best skills in the CV then chatting with them to draw experience and qualities to life
3. Building relationships, engaging, supporting candidates and hiring managers to interview and hire the best people
4. Updating and maintaining the recruitment database
5. Giving great candidate engagement and experience
You will have:

8. A strong customer service attitude and be a positive team player - we are a happy team which offer support & kindness with an understanding that we sometimes get it wrong
