Your role includes conducting audits and inspections, supporting and developing training, and advising on best practices to enhance the quality of education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct quality and regulatory audits and inspections following the statutory framework and inspection handbook.
* Provide evidence-based reports and recommendations for improvement.
* Advise and coach nursery managers to achieve their full potential and implement new strategies.
* Promote a culture of safety and compliance.
* Support quality improvement and policy development.
