We are looking for an HR Officer to support our people and managers through employee relations, HR operations and engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities Provide first-line HR advice to managers and colleagues Manage employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievance, investigations, absence, welfare) Coordinate new starter and leaver processes, including induction and probation Maintain accurate HR systems and employee records Support HR projects, reporting and policy updates Help deliver engagement, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives Maintain and improve the Hireful recruitment system Support recruitment admin, contracts, references, and employment changes About you Experience in an HR Officer or HR generalist role Confident managing employee relations matters Passionate about employee engagement, wellbeing and creating a positive workplace culture Strong communicator who builds trust with managers and colleagues Organised, detail-focused, and confident using HR systems Proactive, approachable, and motivated to improve the employee experience Ready to apply?
