We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a £3.5m NHS project in Southampton, combining part refurbishment and part new build works.
Project Details:
* Value: £3.5 million
* Duration: Approx. 9 months
* Start: In 3–4 weeks

* Environment: Live healthcare setting
Role & Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day site management from start through to completion
* Managing refurbishment and new build elements concurrently
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
* Ensuring works are delivered safely in a live NHS environment
* Maintaining programme, quality, and H&S standards
* Liaising with the client, consultants, and internal teams
* Managing RAMS, permits, and site documentation
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects circa £3m+
* Healthcare / NHS experience is highly desirable
* Experience working in live environments
* Strong understanding of refurbishment works alongside new build
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
* Strong communication and organisational skills
