We're supporting the recruitment of an experienced HR Manager to join an organisation at a pivotal point in its transformation journey.
With significant organisational change planned over the next two years, this is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and supporting the workforce through a period of large-scale change and transition.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll lead a broad range of operational and advisory HR activity, overseeing payroll, learning and development, HR systems and administration. You'll also work closely with the Employee Relations Manager to provide expert support on complex employee relations matters and organisational change initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing the HR administration function
* Managing the HRIS & Payroll Manager, Learning & Development Manager and HR Officer
* Providing expert HR and employment law advice to managers and employees
* Supporting organisational change, restructures and transformation programmes
* Overseeing payroll, learning and development, HR systems and wellbeing initiatives
* Driving continuous improvement across HR processes and service delivery
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
We're keen to speak with HR professionals who can demonstrate:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
* Strong generalist HR experience at Manager level
* Significant employee relations experience, including complex case management
* Experience leading and developing HR teams
* Up-to-date employment law knowledge
* Experience supporting organisational change, restructures, policy development and TUPE activity
* Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
Ipswich – Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)
Up to £53,460 per annum
Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2028
