We’re on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Game Engine Developer to join our fantastic Game Studio team in Sunderland. Responsibilities
* Building new game products and tools from conception to release.
* Contributing to product design by giving methodical input into game mechanics.
* Calculating game RTP (Return to Player) par sheets and event probabilities.
* Working with the QA team to fix bugs and improve code quality.
* Reviewing pull requests and giving constructive feedback to your team.
Qualifications
The Must-Haves:
* Knowledge of C# or other comparable languages (Java/Python).
* Experience of building client/server applications and RESTful APIs.
* Understanding of game development and basic game mathematics.
* Experience with T-SQL and source control.
The Nice-to-Haves (bonus points if you have these!):
* Knowledge of SOLID software design principles.
* Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) and cloud computing.
* Proficiency with Git and JIRA.
