We're on the hunt for three enthusiastic Junior Developers to join us for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity is specifically created for unsung heroes of tech: self-taught pros, career switchers, and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. Whether you're a college leaver, a mature trailblazer, or a parent rejoining the workforce, your tech dreams start here!
What will you get to do?
* Team up on real-live projects, crafting innovative solutions that'll wow everyone
* Work closely with a lead developer - your own personal Yoda in tech training
* Work alongside other self-taught colleagues for advice and inspiration
* Utilise your passion for Frontend coding (HTML / JavaScript / CSS) in a real development environment
* Collaborate with two other junior developers in a fun learning environment
* Come into the Fort Dunlop office on the outskirts of Birmingham once a month
Requirements
* Skills in frontend coding: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
* Familiarity with JavaScript libraries like React, Angular, or Vue is advantageous but not essential
* A fiery passion for coding!
* A minimum of 2 coding projects to showcase during your interview (the more creative, the better)
* Eager to learn and grow, regardless of your background
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A logical approach to problem-solving

The interview process:
Applications close on 23rd May 2025. Successful candidates will be contacted for a recruiter call before 30th May 2025. Interviews will be held on 17th, 19th, 24th & 26th June. Final offers will be made in the week of 30th June. The start date is Monday, 4th August.
