25 Hours, Term-time only Learning Mentor/Pastoral Support Officer(Grade 5) Required for immediate start, Fixed-term Contract from as soon as possible until initially 31.03.2027. We are looking for a dedicated and organised Learning Mentor/Pastoral Support Officer. As a Learning Mentor/Pastoral Support Officer, you will support pupils across school to overcome barriers to learning and thrive academically and personally. You will build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model while providing one-to-one and small group support. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, wider school staff team and external partner service providers, you will help to create and deliver strategies to improve outcomes for children and families in school. This is initially a fixed term position until 31.3.2027.
