Caffyns are looking to recruit a full-time Experience Sales Executive to join our team at our Skoda showroom in Eastbourne.
The role is ideally suited to someone who is highly enthusiastic, well organised, enjoys learning new technology and has the desire to deliver an amazing customer experience.
A full Skoda training programme, supplied by the VAG Group, leading to accredited status is provided alongside being part of our day-to-day sales team.
What you’ll do each day
* Be Positive and Pro active
* Meet and Communicate with Customers, both existing and new to Caffyns
* Demonstrate the Product and Volkswagen portfolio both in person and electronically
* Prepare Quotations for Customers
* Record Customer interactions on Dealerweb
* Ensure that the Site and Online offerings are presentable and up to date
You’ll fit right in and thrive in this role if you:
* Are a confident people person, who thrives on working alone and in a team to achieve great outcomes for Customers and Caffyns
* Maintain contact with customers after purchase to ensure customers satisfaction
* Can present information clearly and concisely
* Are able to present information clearly and concisely both in person, by video and in writing
It would be great if you also:
* Have previous experience in the Motor Industry
* Have successfully sold to consumers either within or outside the industry
* No problem if you don't have these, though! This is a great opportunity to develop and grow your skills.

* Good oral and written communication skills
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to work in a customer focused manner
* Self-prioritise the daily workload according to the business needs
* Can demonstrate the ability to carry out tasks within set timeframes
