About the Role
As the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support to a high-performing team. Working closely with senior executives, you will oversee performance review processes, offer expert advice on best practices, and ensure smooth HR operations tailored to a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary HR lead for the London office in a standalone capacity
* Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
* Partner with senior leadership to advise on HR strategy and best practices
* Oversee performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives
* Support talent acquisition and continuously enhance recruitment strategies
* Deliver training and support for managers and employees across all levels
* Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure alignment with international HR standards
Key Requirements
* Experience within the Private Equity or Financial Services industry
* Proven track record in recruiting and enhancing talent acquisition processes
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders
* Excellent organisational, critical thinking, and communication skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and sound judgement
