Ola Accountancy is a growing accountancy firm based in the heart of Luton. We provide accounting, payroll, and business advisory services to a diverse portfolio of UK businesses. As we expand, we’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Officer to join our team.
Role Overview
The HR Officer will play a key role in managing client onboarding, preparing employment contracts, maintaining records in our CRM system, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the business.
Main Responsibilities
* Draft, prepare, and issue employment contracts and related documents.
* Register and update contracts and employee details in our CRM.
* Onboard new clients and employees into our CRM and internal software systems.
* Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with company policies.
* Support payroll and HR administration when needed.
* Assist management with HR reports and staff coordination.
Requirements
* Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Good understanding of UK HR and employment practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
