Your new role
* Carry out internal and external painting and decorating across the site, including walls, doors, and structural elements.
* Perform general handyman duties such as basic joinery, patch plastering, sealing, and minor repairs.
* Support the facilities and maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks and upkeep of site standards.
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard with minimal disruption to operations.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
* Follow site-specific health and safety procedures and reporting protocols.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in painting and general maintenance roles, ideally within commercial or industrial settings.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Good communication skills and a professional approach.
* NVQ in Painting.
