Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, safe and enjoyable sessions while fostering a positive learning environment. This role requires an individual who is committed to learner success and possesses strong communication skills. The Activities Instructor will work closely with learners/guests and staff to ensure they deliver a high standard of service and develop their skills effectively.
Duties
* Deliver and implement sessions that meet the timetabled activities programme and cater to diverse learning styles.
* Conduct timetabled sessions in a clear, engaging manner, encouraging student participation and interaction.
* Assess visitor progress providing constructive criticism to aid their development.
* Be organised, well presented and enthusiastic.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices.
* Stay updated on NGB requirements to ensure up to date CPD.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance in skills and development.
Experience
* Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to engage participants effectively.
* A relevant NGB qualification in the following areas (High ropes/Climbing and Abseiling/Paddle Sports/Bush Craft/Forest School/Archery.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with visitors.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that supports all visitors needs.

Pay: £100.00-£150.00 per day
