HR Manager Key Information:
Location: St Neots (PE19 8YP), Cambridge
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week. Office-based with optional hybrid working
Your Role: We are seeking a personable, driven, and empathetic individual to be our next HR Manager and join our vibrant and busy HR team! People are at the heart of everything we do, and our HR team plays a vital role in fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence. As our HR Manager, you will be instrumental in upholding our core values and contributing to our environment where every individual feels valued, listened to, and empowered. We are seeking someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and someone who can seamlessly manage day-to-day HR operations whilst providing leadership to our growing team.
Everyday Tasks Include:
1. HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
2. Advising managers on people matters to nurture and develop people, helping us get the best out of our employees
3. Maintaining a bank of HR policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and relevance
4. Providing first-line advice on current and existing employee matters
5. Handling payroll and managing payroll records
6. Conducting new starter induction
7. Aligning HR strategy with business goals in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization
8. Managing change management processes
What We Are Looking For: An exceptional individual with a solid educational background, holding a Level 7 CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management (or equivalent). The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in various HR tasks, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a genuine passion for nurturing and developing people.

The Process: This will be a four-stage interview process:
1. Conversation with our Talent Team exploring your CV as well as skills and experience
2. Interview with the hiring manager covering role-based questions and team fit questions
3. Face-to-face interview where the HR team will explore your team and culture fit, in addition to meeting a third-party HR professional who will ask some behavioral questions
4. Delivering a 15-minute presentation to our Senior Leadership Team
