We’re hiring a Quality Manager (Clinical) — a confident, experienced Registered Nurse ready to influence practice, lead clinical governance and drive real improvement across multiple services.
Why this role?
You’ll sit at the heart of quality and safety. Reporting to the Quality Director, you’ll challenge, support and guide operational teams to deliver consistently high standards of care. This is a visible, senior role with genuine influence.
Hybrid working: 3 days on-site, 2 days from home (business dependent).
What you’ll own
* Clinical leadership across services — trusted voice, real authority
* CQC inspections, audits and regulatory responses
* Clinical governance, assurance frameworks and risk management
* Development and support of Registered Nurses and Deputy Clinical Managers
* NMC compliance, revalidation and professional standards
* Using data and insight to spot risk and raise quality
* Representing Avante as a clinical leader internally and externally
You’ll bring
* Current NMC PIN (Registered Nurse)
* Senior clinical experience in residential nursing care
* Strong grasp of CQC, governance and quality systems
* Confidence to work independently and influence at all levels
* A genuine drive to improve care and outcomes
