Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy new build housing development. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating trades, and maintaining build quality and programme deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day site supervision and coordination of subcontractors
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
