Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Sales Executive (full-time) to contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new client relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Job Description:
· Identify and pursue sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote our products/services effectively.
· Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients, addressing their concerns and objections to secure sales.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.
· Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and opportunities.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
· Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred.
