Marketingagentur Nirtl is hiring an Airfreight Sales Executive based in Colnbrook.
We are recruiting a results-driven professional to work with our growing team, combining office work with time spent travelling to meet clients and grow our airfreight business.
Responsibilities
* Actively identify, target, and win new airfreight business.
* Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customers.
* Build strong relationships with airlines, agents, and customers.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate rates and commercial agreements.
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
* Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of airfreight sales experience.
* Proven track record of generating new business and growing revenue.
* Strong understanding of airfreight products, pricing, and market trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
* Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-focused.
* Full UK driving licence.
Package & Benefits
* Salary £50,000–£55,000, depending on experience.
