Londons leading schools are seeking recent graduates into Behaviour and Learning Mentor roles!
If you are a recent psychology or primary education graduate and are looking to gain experience as a Behaviour and Learning Mentor, whether that be for career clarification or in preparation for your next step, this graduate scheme will support you in that process.
Role: Behaviour and Learning Mentor
Salary: £400-£550 PW
Visa: No Visa Sponsorship
Contract: Full-time, 1-year (with the potential to extend for the right candidate)
Behaviour and Learning Mentor | Role
* Work closely with other professionals to support students in mainstream settings.
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement effective solutions.
* Benefit from professional development opportunities like teacher training and gaining QTS.
Behaviour and Learning Mentor | Requirements
* Hold a 2:1 or above in a relevant undergraduate degree
* Child-centred experience is desirable
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Resilient, empathetic, and committed to helping young people succeed.
Behaviour and Learning Mentor | Additional Information:
* This is a temporary role, with potential for a permanent position.
* Safeguarding is a priority: All candidates will be subject to enhanced DBS checks and vetting procedures in line with DfE guidance and Teaching Personnel policies.
* Free safeguarding and Prevent training provided for all registered candidates.
