 
        
        To provide support and guidance ensuring the smooth running of the HR function. Partner with the Depot Mangers, Heads of functions & Directors, to provide a generalist and strategic HR support service throughout the Group. Accountable for the People service across 9 depots.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•
Management of the onboarding and induction process, supporting a positive employment journey from hire to retirement.
•
Ensure that all human resources procedures and processes are adhered to by all colleagues and that operational and administrative tasks arepleted in a timely and efficient manner.
•
Coach management ensuring that all HR practices arepleted whilst beingpliant with UK legislation.
•
Ensure all employee data within HR systems / spreadsheets is updated in an accurate and timely manner with necessary People analytics.
•
Support the recruitment process, including involvement in interviews; coordinating and monitoring all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, including advertising, selection, and appointment of candidates.
•
Ensure that sickness/absence levels are monitored with any problem areas identified with appropriate KPI targets working in conjunction with managers.
•
Produce Weekly management reports.
•
Provided routine advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance issues.
•
Support on ER matters in a professional and timely manner, in accordance with legislation and best practice, ensuring correct documentation and procedural fairness.

Provide training to managers on HR topic areas.
