Job Title: Labourer – Solar Farm Project
Location: East Hanningfield, Essex
Start Date: End of October 2025
Duration: 11 Months (long-term contract)
Rate: £16.25-£17.00 per hour Umbrella Payment
Responsibilities
* Assisting trades and installers with solar panel installation
* Moving and handling materials across site
* Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
* Supporting the site team with general duties as required
Requirements
* Valid CSCS card (essential)
* Previous site experience preferred
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
* Good reliability and work ethic
* Full PPE required
