HR Manager
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Salary: £46,142 per annum
Vacancy Type: Full Time (37 hours), 1 year fixed term contract (Maternity Cover)

The HR Manager's primary role will be responsible for Trust HR Policies, casework management and will provide HR support and advice to the HR and payroll team.
They are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of the Trust central team.
The Role
1. Manage and process complex HR casework accordance with Trust Policies and Employment Law; including capability, absence and ill health, grievances, conduct and performance management
2. Provide a support, advice and guidance to other areas of the HR team as required and as directed by the HR Director
3. Advise the HR Director, COO, CEO and Trust senior management team, developing and implementing HR policies in all areas
