Sales Executive – Multifamily
Greystar, the world’s largest rental housing operator, is seeking an energetic Sales Executive to support leasing, occupancy and revenue objectives for its Multifamily portfolio in London. This role is based at the Greystar London Corporate Office.
Overview
As a key member of the central leasing team, you will drive lead generation, qualification and conversion, schedule and conduct viewings, close sales and manage the full leasing lifecycle. Your work will help ensure exceptional resident experience and achieve occupancy targets.
Responsibilities
* Support and collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding resident journey.
* Respond to all incoming sales channels and proactively contact prospects to convert the lead database.
* Answer calls, emails and live‑chat enquiries professionally and promptly to meet central sales KPIs.
* Qualify applicants, capture accurate data in relevant systems, and update contact details.
* Convert enquiries into viewing appointments and leases, achieving multifamily leasing and occupancy targets.
* Conduct viewings and follow‑up with prospects; negotiate and close leases.
* Manage documentation, contract returns and payment processing.
* Maintain property listings on portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.) to generate leads.
* Plan and organize daily activities to maximize productivity.
* Stay knowledgeable about community amenities, unit features and local area attractions.
* Support cross‑selling opportunities and promote the property, monitoring competitor activity.
* Assist with open‑day events, preparing and executing launch plans.
Qualifications
* Good general education with literacy and numeracy skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and leasing systems (Entrata, Yardi, Salesforce).
* Excellent customer service experience in a sales role within accommodation, hospitality or related environment.
* Ability to influence, adapt quickly and exceed customer service and sales targets.
* Strong organizational skills, multi‑tasking and attention to detail.
* Effective communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills across diverse audiences.
* Team‑player, approachable, proactive, with a can‑do attitude and autonomy in decision‑making.
* Fluent English in written and verbal communication; additional languages a plus.
