Michael Page HR are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful manufacturing organisation in Hinckley to appoint for a HR Manager role.
Due to the nature of this sector, the role will mostly be a site based role of circa 4-5 days per week onsite.
Description
Reporting to the CFO and partnering with management and leadership at this busy, multi‑site manufacturing organisation, the role of HR Manager will oversee a small HR team and take responsibility for the full people life‑cycle, dealing with all operational and strategic matters to ensure a first class HR offering to this growing organisation.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
* Ensure all HR policies, procedures and systems are effective and fit for purpose.
* Oversee recruitment, on‑boarding, and talent management processes.
* Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
* Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention initiatives.
* Lead performance management and professional development programmes.
* Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.
* Analyse HR metrics to inform decision‑making and improve processes.
* Work with leadership to assess training needs and develop appropriate training initiatives.
* Oversee T&A system Profile.
Qualifications
* Proven background in a similar HR Manager role, ideally within the manufacturing/industrial sectors.
* Ideally hold a CIPD qualification.
Job Offer
